Same interest?

How important is it to have the same interests with the opposite sex? Or more impotantly, your significant other? I believe that it is semi important because you two will need activities to do with each other and it makes it so much easier if you two enjoy doing the same things. But, even if you don't have some of the same interests just try and do what the other person wants to do, and enjoy it, just make the most of it.
