Moving too fast?

How soon is too soon to say i love you? I believe it is not a matter of time but rather a sense of feeling. I have only been with my boyfriend for 4 months or so and I am completely in love with him. Sometimes it may take longer than others to feel that you love someone. But, just give it a chance, because you never know.
